The first stage will consist of 30 single family residences on approximately a half acre private property. There will be 4 kilometers of vegetation corridors alone in the first phase. Conchal Beach
The unmistakable sound of the ocean is even smoother in Playa Conchal, the glorious beach that gives our resort its name. Tiny seashells and white sands await in front of a calm ocean, where the waters are perfect for swimming or just enjoy some time under the sun.

Wildlife Refuge
